How does sizing work?
Every set fits a little differently — some sculpt, some stretch. That’s why each product has its own unique Size Chart just below the size selector.
You’ll also see which size our model wears, so you can compare.
Not sure? It’s generally safer to size up, and you’re covered with 30-day free size exchanges.
What if my item doesn’t fit?
No stress — we offer free size exchanges on all full-price items within 30 days (FR only). Just make sure it’s unworn, with tags still attached.
For international customers, exchanges are still possible — but you’ll need to cover return shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Europe: 4–12 working days depending on country.
America: 5–14 working days depending on region.
Do you offer discreet packaging?
Yes — always.
Your order arrives in a plain, unbranded package, with no visible mention of lingerie or Madam Muse on the outside.
